Workouts don't have to be long to be effective! With enough intensity, even 20 minutes can help keep you fit and on-track. Bonus? Steady-state longer-duration exercise tends to spike your appetite! Shorter, more intense workouts tend to suppress it. 80% of weight control comes down to FOOD. What'll you choose to do today?
@Dr J Partyka 20 min. is a great goal - you can almost always fit that into your schedule! I scale back to 20 minute workouts at busy times, like the holidays. Did an intense 20 min. kettlebell ladder this morning, in fact. Then on with the show! See if you can book yourself 1-2x for next week as a goal. Mini-goals can help get you back into the habit!
I was into interval training for 21 min on an elliptical. I need to get back into a regular routine.

Interesting... I have found that 4-5 short workouts per week can be more effective than 2 long, strenuous workouts per week. Great post!
@Sean Rossiter yes! you have more in the tank if you're not wasting yourself with those LONG workouts.
