Are you a breakfast eater? While I never tell people to eat when they're not hungry, you should know that eating well earlier in the day (that is, with attention to adequate protein and fiber, some good fat for satiety and taste!) can curb late-afternoon and evening hunger? It's TRUE. Even if it's later in the a.m., give it a go and see if your p.m. munchie habit disappears!
