Meet Grizzly, a spunky little 4 month old kitten who was surrendered to my hospital after he was found severely injured and in desperate need of medical care. He was barely 5 weeks old and his right front paw was wide open, with the top layer of skin gone and teeny bones exposed. Fortunately, the large amount of maggots that been eating away the necrotic flesh had also helped keep any infection at bay. This is also how Griz got his first nickname, Maggot.
